Heiko Prigge, born in Hamburg, discovered his love for photography on a road trip across the U.S.
After leaving his studies in Biology, he started a job as a camera assistant and worked on several short movies. He then became a photographers assistant, moved to London and assisted well known photographers such as Terry O’Neill and Mark Abrahams.
These days he’s working for magazines such as Monocle, GQ, MINI, New York Times, Stern, etc and has photographed celebrities such as John Malkovich, Jerry Hall, Sienna Miller, Tom Hardy, Maggie Gyllenhaal, Heidi Klum, Seal etc..
His work focusses on lifestyle photography, portraits and story telling for editorial and advertising projects around the world.
Commercial clients include adidas, BMW, Davidoff, Grundig, Jaguar, Harrods, Lexus, MINI, Marks&Spencer, Mustang Jeans, Nike, Orange, Sony, Tag Heuer, VW, Woolrich, 3Mobile…
